Professional Development Days on 21st Century Skills and Future Work

FMPLLEN Professional Development Day
Thank you very much for your presentations at our PD Day last week. We have received some fantastic feedback – great keynote!\
Around 70 people attended the combined Professional Day for Frankston Mornington Peninsula LLEN on Friday 27 July 2018 at Hastings where Workforce BluePrint presented a key note and workshop on 21st Century Skills and Future Work.

Colleagues were involved in fleshing out career trucks, current jobs, future jobs, 21st Century Skills, technical skills and conversations with young people on career opportunities.

“Thoroughly enjoyed her session”

“Very good session will share at school”

“Really liked Wendy Perry”

Thank you Carol and Jo for the invitation to speak at the forum on 21stCentury Skills and Future Jobs with an insightful outlook on the future of work and careers – I really enjoyed it!

HWLLEN Professional Development Day

Thank you again for such a great day yesterday at the 21st Century Capabilities Forum.  The feedback about the event has been overwhelmingly positive, which we wouldn’t have achieved without your great keynote presentation to get us thinking & your interaction and support across the day.

Thanks Wendy – I would like to add my personal thanks, and praise, for the support you gave us leading up to the forum in addition to the actual presentation and involvement with panel discussion. I have had excellent verbal feedback from all I have spoken with since the event. I have also had a number of people contact me to check in whether they could contact you to do something similar in their patch.

A very successful 21st Century Capabilities Forum was held by Hume Whittlesea LLEN on 6 June 2018 with interest and keen follow up on:

  • Future Jobs presentation in schools (including a train the trainer approach)
  • Professional Development for Teachers with The Future World of Work Tour – similar to the City of Entrepreneurs Tour this could be run in your region and we are currently taking expressions of interest via email for people who would like to participate in a tour in Melbourne in October 2018
  • Real Day Outs – soon you’ll see information on the Victorian TAFE Association and Study Melbourne events with international and domestic students in Melbourne, Geelong and Mildura
  • Video Interviews and Video Resumes – a new area that you might be interested in

If you would like a key note and/or workshop run in your region then please contact Wendy Perry via wendy@workforceblueprint.com.au, thank you.
